At Sewing Parts Online, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a part doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return most items within 60 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Request an RMA

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 60 days of your purchase date.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included, and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship the Return

  Send your package back to our warehouse using a trackable shipping method; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned parts, we will process your refund to your original payment method, typically within 5-7 business days.
